My mother recommended I speak with Mary and her team about a Caribbean cruise my husband and I wanted to take. Not only did we find the staff knowledgeable we were grateful they found the perfect package for us within the scope of our budget. The service while we were away was incredible. The airlines lost our luggage but Mary and team were on it and helped guide us through the insurance process which we were grateful they recommend we purchase. Was hesitant about taking a cruise as we really didn't know what to expect. But we gave TTT our budget and dates we wanted to travel and they found the perfect cruise, cheaper than what we planed. It was the most relaxing (zero stress) vacation. We visited St. Thomas, Cozumel and Royal Caribbeans private island and only unpacked once. Great advise and outstanding service. Overall good experience. The TTT team knows Mexico Riviera Maya better than anyone in our area so we were pleased with the do's and don'ts. Stayed at Barcelo Maya Beach and it was everything we expected, and more. Can't thank them enough. No hesitation with recommending them to anyone. Though it took a few days for them to get back to us, it was WELL worth the wait. I can understand why they're busy. We were recommended by neighbors and Mary was outstanding. She knew every detail of Secrets Akumal from room category to types of restaurants. It really made a big difference in our planning. We're grateful she's in our community. Vault of knowledge and it really made all the difference. Our advice - be patient, she may not be able to get back to you within 24 hours, but she will get back to you. It's well worth the wait.
