Independent Associate

Are you a Travel Agent (or former agent) interested in working for yourself from home – on your own time and at your own pace? Then we may have the perfect opportunity for you. We are a rapidly growing Agency comprised of independent contractor associates.

Requirements as an independent associate are:
1.  A minimum of three-years experience as a Travel Agent
2.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
3.  Hold a Travel Industry Certification (or be open to obtaining one)
4.  Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc). You do not need to be an “expert” at social media, so don’t sweat it if you’re not a Facebook or Twitter Guru (most of us are not). 

Skills and Knowledge necessary for the position:
1.  Exceptional communication skills
2.  Strong critical thinking skills
3.  Strong organization skills 
4.  Solid understanding of the travel industry
5.  Exceptional time management skills (ability to meet deadlines).

Collectively we have over 60-years experience within the travel industry and have maintained solid partnerships with leading travel industry vendors. We offer competitive commission structure, the ability to work for yourself, from home and at your own pace. Additionally, we offer the ability to obtain an IATAN card after a waiting period of six-months as required by IATAN (other restrictions apply) as well as numerous training opportunities. We are a fun team of independent contractors who support one another, as a team.
