RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE:
Trofino Tri-Star Travel representatives act solely in the capacity of Tour Coordinators on behalf of their patrons in arranging for transportation, lodging, sightseeing, and any other services. As such, Trofino Tri-Star Travel, Inc., is not responsible for any damage, loss, delay, injury or accident due to any act or default of any company or person engaged in providing transportation, lodging, sightseeing, or any other services which are part of this tour. Rates quoted are based on tariffs current at the time of printing, and are subject to change therein at or before time of final payment. Trofino Tri-Star Travel, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw a tour or to make any change in the tour that may be necessary including substitution of accommodations of same class or transportation. No carrier with whom transportation shall be arranged in connection with this tour shall have or incur any responsibility or liability to any person taking the tour, except its liability as a common carrier. The right is reserved to decline, accept or retain any person as a member of this tour prior to departure or in the course of this tour. Note: If traveling by air; it is the sole responsibility of all passengers traveling to re-confirm flight departure times with their specific air carrier 24 hours prior to departure.

Administration Fees:
There is a $25.00 service fee for rate quotes requested. If you place a deposit onto a record, your $25.00 fee will be refunded back to you.  

Proper Proof of Citizenship REQUIRED: Very Important
A VALID U.S. Passport is required for travel anywhere outside of the United States (this includes Canada). It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to obtain his or her passport.

Rate Quotes:
All rate quotes are subject to availability at the time of being quoted. As a standard policy throughout the travel industry, all rates are subject to change without notice until your vacation package has been  deposited and confirmed.  Please keep in mind all travel quotes are perishable - meaning, we can quote you a rate today and tomorrow the availability and pricing could be gone.  This is 100% out of our control, as we cannot control inventory with airline seats or at hotels.  Names on a record without a deposit only hold the inventory space but not the specific pricing of the package.  Price's are not guaranteed until a deposit has been received and your reservation has been confirmed.

Travel Cancellation Insurance:
Travel cancellation insurance is highly advised by this office. Travel Insurance is the only way in which you may protect your travel investment in the event you must cancel your vacation plans due to any reason. Once under deposit, your deposit becomes nonrefundable to you without insurance (excluding group travel as each group has it's own cancellation policy). Once paid for in full, your package becomes nonrefundable to you (without insurance).

Airline Schedule Changes:
Please note that airline schedule changes occur on a daily basis and is at the sole discretion of the airline. We will notify passengers as needed however you are expected to re-confirm your flight times directly with the airline 24 hours prior to your departure as a last minute flight time change may have occurred.

Group Tour Policies:

Each group tour has it's own specific cancellation policies stated on the flyer.  All policies and cancellation penalties are strictly enforced as they are mandated by our vendors.  Any cancellation must be dated and in writing.

Returned Check Fee:
There is a $30.00 fee charged for all checks that have been declined/returned, unless otherwise specified on group tours.
